Everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how returns work.

Where we ship

We ship within the Netherlands and to selected European countries. We do not ship to Belgium, where this class of substances is prohibited. For some countries only specific products are available due to local regulations. If we cannot ship a product to your country, this will be indicated at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the Netherlands is free. For other European countries shipping is free on orders above EUR 100; below that amount, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery within the Netherlands is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times for other countries vary by destination. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been sent.

Packaging

All orders are packed discreetly and neutrally, with no reference to the contents on the outside of the package.

Age verification

Our products are sold to persons aged 18 and over. We may apply age verification, and a signature or proof of age may be required on delivery.

Returns

Because of the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been dispatched, except where a mandatory statutory right applies to you. If you have a question about your order, please contact us first at info@psilo-drops.com.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at info@psilo-drops.com within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo where possible. We will arrange a suitable solution.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, for example for an approved damaged or incorrect order, it is processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we have received and checked the item.

All prices include VAT. For 18+ only. Sold for research purposes, not for human consumption. We do not ship to Belgium.
