These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Psilo Drops. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

These products are offered by Psilo Drops. For any question, contact us at info@psilo-drops.com. Our formal company registration details are available on request.

2. Products and intended use

Our products are sold for research purposes only and are not intended for human or animal consumption. They are not medicines and make no medical or health claims. Product descriptions and concentrations are provided for information; minor variations may occur.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to order. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may apply age verification and refuse or cancel orders that do not meet this requirement.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order is only accepted once we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if delivery to your country is not permitted, or if we suspect misuse.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of ordering. All prices shown include VAT. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, regions and costs are described on our Shipping & Returns page. We do not ship to countries where these substances are prohibited, including Belgium. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that import and possession are permitted in their own country.

7. Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, products that have been dispatched cannot be returned or exchanged, except where a mandatory statutory right applies to you. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

8. Responsible and lawful use

The buyer is solely responsible for lawful purchase, import, possession and any use of the products in accordance with the laws that apply to them. Resale is not permitted without our written consent.

9. Liability

Psilo Drops accepts no liability for damage arising from improper or unintended use of its products, or use that conflicts with applicable law. Use is at the risk of the buyer. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
