The Psilo Classic is the most powerful variant in our line: each drop contains ±3 mg 4-HO-MET, which corresponds to a standard psilocin experience. This makes the Classic the choice for users already familiar with psychedelics who are looking for a full, deep session with complete control over the dose.
The active substance is 4-HO-MET (4-hydroxy-N-methyl-N-ethyltryptamine) , a synthetic tryptamine that is chemically and pharmacologically closely related to psilocin, the active substance in psilocybin mushrooms. Unlike psilocybin, 4-HO-MET does not need to be converted by the body: it is already in its biologically active form when you take it. That gives a faster, more consistent and more predictable effect compared to mushrooms, whose potency can vary greatly per batch.

How does 4-HO-MET work?
4-HO-MET (4-hydroxy-N-methyl-N-ethyltryptamine) is a synthetic tryptamine and a direct analogue of psilocin, the substance responsible for the psychedelic effect of mushrooms. Like psilocin, 4-HO-MET works directly, without conversion by the body. This gives a faster onset, usually within 20–40 minutes, and a smoother, more predictable experience than dried mushrooms.
It works via agonism at the 5-HT2A serotonin receptor in the cerebral cortex. This activates networks normally involved in pattern recognition and self-reflection, temporarily leading to heightened sensory sensitivity, associative thinking, more intense colour perception and a deeper sense of connection or introspection. At the higher doses the Classic allows, these can be genuine visual and auditory hallucinations, intense thought patterns and a strongly altered sense of time.

Responsible use
Safety information
Set & setting. Ensure a safe, familiar environment and a positive mental state. With the Classic, given its higher potency, this is extra important. Your mood and environment largely determine how the experience unfolds.
Start sober. Eat little or nothing 4–6 hours before intake. On an empty stomach, 4-HO-MET works faster and more evenly, with less chance of nausea and a cleaner, clearer experience.
Trip sitter. At moderate and higher doses, ensure a sober, trusted person nearby. Someone you know, who understands what you are doing and can guide or reassure you if the experience becomes intense.
Do not combine with alcohol, cannabis, stimulants (speed, MDMA, cocaine), lithium or MAO inhibitors. Combinations can cause unpredictable and dangerous interactions.
Wait 4–6 weeks between sessions to avoid cross-tolerance. Tryptamines like 4-HO-MET build tolerance quickly via serotonin receptors; using too frequently leads to a strongly reduced effect.
Do not use with (a history of) psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or severe anxiety disorders. Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not under 18. Always keep out of reach of children and animals.
